The Creative Dynamics for Dynamic Companies (CDDC) programme aims to transform organisations into 'Super-fluid Organisations'. A 'Super-fluid Organisation' develops into being a high achieving establishment, with excellent staff relationships and workplace culture, and becomes a successful learning organisation. Such an organisation then naturally becomes a beacon of quality and excellence in the community.
The consequence of the CDDC programme is that individuals become more self reliant, have greater vision and enhanced communication skills. Flexibility increases and new ideas are easily assimilated by delegates, allowing more rapid progress throughout the organisation. Leadership skills are acquired as greater awareness develops - of the tasks in hand, of the future (personal and /or organisational) requirements, and of interpersonal issues, - resulting in more informed and successful decision-making for all concerned.
